lost in a wave

you can plan your every move, like you can sit on a drawboard and think about every scene that you are about to shoot. but you can also just go outside and start shooting. sometimes you'll end up with tons of garbage, but sometimes you'll find yourself filming unique moments - that can't be planned.

don't get me wrong. if the situation asks for it, I'll draw a storyboard. but I prefer to just go with the flow and shoot.
